
ABOUT ME
Personal Trainer | CrossFit Trainer | Olympic Weightlifter
I have always lived an active lifestyle growing up through sports and outdoor exercise. After ending my competitive dance life due to injuries in 2010, I joined a gym to stay fit but had no clue on what I was doing or wanted to do, thankfully my gym membership came with a start up PT session which I took full advantage of. This PT allowed me to see that I was capable of anything if I put my mind to it. Through his support, knowledge and encouragement, it led me to find my confidence as well as my passion for fitness. From here I was capable of competing in varies fitness competitions and then went on to study through CrossFit and Fit College NZ so I can apply my skills and knowledge to help someone as new as I was or as advanced as an athlete – the beauty of exercise is that any one can do it!
I am so passionate about health and fitness and now thoroughly enjoy being able to do this for anybody and everybody who wants to make a change in their lifestyle to be the best person they can be individually.
